Inappropriate places where I plan to nurse soon :
1. At my husband's family reunion
2. In the airport security line
3. By a very large very open window
4. At my husband's friend's country club wedding, preferably during the vows
5. On the beach, while wearing a one-piece halter suit.
6. At my parents' church where ladies are only supposed to wear long skirts (don't ask)
7. On a very windy boardwalk in a very small midwestern town
8. On the bus
9. Next to my father
10. While cooking dinner

Ha! I would argue that none of those are "inappropriate"! I have done many of those myself, including (the tub & bathroom), although I don't quite think I'm coordinated enough to try some of the others. Add to that the fact that my 9 month old has turned into a monkey who likes to do back bends while nursing and the fun continues! (BTW I'm a friend of Jen's.)
Having a nursing blanket that stays tied on--while baby tugs and turns and what not--opened up a whole new world of "inappropriate nursing" for me. (Not that I was necessarily using a blanket in the above list...) Of course, there's still the risk of him trying to play peek-a-boo with the blanket which is really fun, or the odd gust of wind. My latest success was nursing while changing a diaper. Great way to settle an ultra wiggly baby--try it!
